Terms of Service for Aspire to Grow trading as Jobsin.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the website and services provided by Aspire to Grow Ltd, trading as Jobsin ("we," "us," "our"). By using our services or accessing our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully before using the platform.

  • "Platform" refers to the Jobsin website and any related services provided by Aspire to Grow Ltd, including but not limited to the ability for employers to post job advertisements.
  • "User" or "You" refers to any individual or entity accessing the platform, including but not limited to employers, recruiters, job seekers, and other users.
  • "Employer" refers to companies or individuals using the platform to place job advertisements.
  • "Job Seekers" refers to individuals using the platform to search for jobs.

2. Services Offered

The Jobsin platform is an online resource for employers to post job advertisements and for job seekers to search for and apply to those positions. We provide employers with the tools to create, manage, and publish job listings that will be visible to job seekers.

3. Account Registration

  • To use certain features of the platform, including posting job advertisements, employers must register an account.
  • You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering an account and to keep this information updated as needed.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and for any activity that occurs under your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that we determine, in our sole discretion, has violated these Terms or engaged in inappropriate conduct.

4. Employer Responsibilities

  • Job Listings: Employers are responsible for the content of any job advertisements they post. You agree that:
    • All job listings must comply with applicable laws, including those related to employment, anti-discrimination, and data protection.
    • Job listings should be accurate, honest, and not misleading. Any required qualifications, skills, or responsibilities must be clearly outlined.
    • Jobs posted must be legitimate opportunities, and not involve pyramid schemes, MLMs, or any illegal activities.
  • Fees: Some services, such as premium job advertisements, may incur fees. By purchasing any paid services, you agree to pay the applicable fees in a timely manner.
  • Compliance: Employers must comply with all applicable employment and data protection laws when collecting, storing, or using job seeker information through the platform.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the platform in a way that:

  • Violates any applicable law, regulation, or industry standard.
  • Involves the transmission of unsolicited commercial email, junk mail, spam, or any form of solicitation.
  • Infringes upon or misappropriates the intellectual property rights of any third party.
  • Contains false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
  • Attempts to gain unauthorized access to the platform, other users' accounts, or our systems.

6. Fees and Payment

  • Certain services on the platform, such as premium job listings, may be subject to fees. These fees are outlined on our pricing page or as agreed upon separately with the employer.
  • Fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed by us in writing or in cases of proven billing errors.
  • Employers agree to pay all fees promptly. If fees are not paid on time, we may suspend or terminate access to our services.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, design, software, and other materials on the platform, including our logo, trademarks, and branding, are the property of Aspire to Grow Ltd or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
  • Users are not permitted to reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any of our intellectual property without express written consent.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect the privacy of our users and will process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. By using the platform, you agree to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Termination and Suspension

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the platform at our discretion, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in inappropriate conduct, or for any other reason.
  • Upon termination, you will no longer have access to your account, and any data associated with your account may be deleted in accordance with our data retention policies.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aspire to Grow Ltd T/A Jobsin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • We make no representations or warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the platform or its content. All services are provided "as-is" and "as available."

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aspire to Grow Ltd trading as Jobsin, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform or breach of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Effective Date" at the top will be updated. You are encouraged to review these Terms periodically for any updates. Your continued use of the platform after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
